Threadless’s Day Off
Day Off by sebasebi is my favorite Threadless print this week. The concept is very relatable- who hasn’t curled up with a good book and kept reading until it got way too late? The frog’s face is perfectly content, with a wide smile giving us a peek into his experience. In this world, he’s propped up by a rock instead of a comfy chair or pillows, but the light created by his whimsical flower lamp still makes the situation look awfully cozy. Strong shadows reinforce the oasis feel of the lamp’s spotlight, while a smattering of stars and some droopy blades of grass give the frog some environment. If you like books and nature in equal proportion, this just might be the shirt for you.
