Pampling’s Fries

Fries by Ian Byers is a slick Friends parody, that, very much like the show, ought to appeal to a pretty wide audience. After all, who doesn’t like Friends, and who doesn’t like french fries? It’s a combination of two popular subjects, and the mashup feels natural because of the commonality in letters- the show’s logo only needed to drop two letters to make it happen, so the new piece is a smooth evolution of the original. Like friends, fries come in a group. And while the original pals sipped milkshakes, seeing these salty snacks with milkshakes might leave a viewer hungry for both- everyone knows fries are even tastier dipped in a shake!
