Pampling’s Please Take Your Seats

pampling please take your seats

Please Take Your Seats by Graja is a unique take on the tight arrangement of keys on a keyboard, imagining them as the packed audience for a big movie. It’s a great visual observation to make that comparison, and the gag is made even funnier with a whole bunch of smaller jokes fleshing out the illustration. The CTRL key is, naturally, controlling the scene with his flashlight, the Space Bar is taking up an unbelievable amount of space, Enter makes a quick dash in to the row from the aisle, and Escape is sneaking out the door. Even smaller letter keys get in on the act, with their letters and symbols often forming goofy faces that make every member of the audience feel unique. This is really brilliant stuff, and I hope it’ll be available in a poster format as well so that viewers can better appreciate all the humor and hard work that’s gone into this.

Pampling has two options for winners of their contest. XPress winners earn 1 euro per shirt sold, with a minimum of 100 euros guaranteed. If the design sells well, designers may have the option of earning 500 euros to give Pampling the exclusive printing rights for one year. The second option is Classic winners, who earn 680 euros cash and 120 euros in t-shirts (or 720 euros cash) for the first 400 units and exclusive rights for 3 years. If the design is reprinted, the artist earns 850 euros cash and 150 euros in Pampling products (or 900 euros cash).
